Arries, a black cat, was born with his family at a tiny provincial shelter in the United States. The shelter began seeking for a family to adopt the feline and her babies, especially because the weather had turned cold and it was chilly outside.
When a rescue organization learned about the cats, they accepted them all. When Tracie, one of the group members, started studying the cats, she recognized something wasn’t quite right with one of them, Arries.
‘It was evident after seeing this that the cat needed to start walking and that we had a lot of work ahead of us.’ ‘ He was often in trouble, which was unusual for his family.
We taped his paws so he wouldn’t bring them under his stomach but would try to utilize them,’ the doctor advised. Arries’ legs didn’t appear natural as he grew older, and most of them resembled bug legs.
This was especially true when he was seated. Arries is now an adult cat, and despite having unique legs and a similarly strange gait, he doesn’t appear to notice that he is different from the other cats.
