Lady identifies a stray kitten on Facebook as her pet that has gone missing. It was 12 years ago.

In 2009, Elfie the cat went missing. Sherlee, his owner, went to considerable lengths to portray him as a pet. Her search yielded no leads despite placing posters across the city, visiting nearby shelters, and speaking with people.

Years passed, and the lady lost trust in her pet’s capacity to come back at any moment. However, a strange occurrence occurred last month: Sherlee discovered her pet on the internet 12 years after he had gone.

She stumbled upon a message from a shelter while going through her news page. Despite the fact that the kitten had altered a lot, Sherlee recognized him as her Elfie right away.

The lady contacted the shelter’s number as quickly as she could, and she was soon reunited with her missing pet. According to the representatives of the shelter, Elfie might dwell in two separate places during his absence.

Regardless, he wound up in the city, where he was rescued by shelter workers. The adventures of Elfie have come to an end. This time, Sherlee isn’t going to look away from him. Perhaps the kitten will quit running from home in quest of adventure now that he has all he wants.
