This wedding was brought together by the bride and groom’s love for not just one another, but also for stray dogs in need of loving homes. It’s no surprise that the couple’s wedding was pet-free, with two lovely dogs and two darling kittens sharing their now-common home.
Instead of a floral photo shoot, the couple decided to organize a photo shoot… with dogs, due to the large number of puppies still looking for a home and loving parents. Each bridesmaid received a lovely dog from a local shelter.
The poster states, “All you need is love and dogs.” ‘We hoped that by releasing these photographs, we might be able to stop the never-ending cycle of abandoned newborn puppies.’
The bride explained, “People need to understand that animal shelters are full of abandoned and lonely creatures yearning for new homes.” Her strategy paid off: all of the puppies in these photos were rescued from a shelter.
After saving money on wedding trinkets for the guests, the newlyweds sent an incredible sum to the shelter’s account, which provided them with dogs for the wedding.
