In South Africa, this adorable mother leopard teaches one of her befuddled offspring how to cross the road.

A traffic gridlock is hardly one’s idea of fun, especially when you’re in a rush.

It’s welcome, though, if you’re in South Africa and crossing the road of Kruger National Park, one of the world’s most hazardous and beautiful areas where wild animals roam free.

Both locals and tourists may witness wild creatures like as elephants, lions, leopards, and rhinos while driving along the reserve’s broad road. A family recently had the amazing opportunity to see such a spectacle while crossing this particular road.

When they left their camp early that morning in the hope of seeing leopards, their father Thinus Delport jokingly asked their daughters to sing loudly so that the leopards would hear them and appear. So they did, and to their surprise, a beautiful view appeared in front of them.

They first noticed a traffic bottleneck, then learned that it was caused by a leopard family.

When a lovely mother leopard and her two magnificent cubs attempted to cross the road, one of the young newborns became confused and afraid and came to a halt in the middle of the road. Mama leopard had to return since her pup had not followed her.

She seemed to murmur something into her baby’s ear, telling her not to be afraid and to follow her.

The cubs were tired and tough, but they chose to trust their mother, who is always there to help them, and cross the road into the brush. The beautiful leopard and her young eventually made it across the road safely. It was a great chance for the Delport daughters to get some great shots of those elusive cats.
