Tom said that he had kept his calm for the preceding twelve and four months. ‘Mental health isn’t anything we should be embarrassed of,’ he continued in a video that was posted to Instagram when he revealed last summer that he would be taking a break from social media owing to his mental health.
He did say that his employment had helped him “perceive triggers” and “things that worry him,” but he did not elaborate on how he was able to remain calm. This includes social media, which he previously stated he had to stop using.
I particularly like it when I was allowed to show a gentler side of myself when playing Danny in the earlier episodes. Whatever the case, there were a few instances where he went so far into Danny’s thoughts that it was hard for him to separate himself from the person.
He said, “But in my own personal life, I was seeing myself in him.” At home, I had a brief fit of rage during which I said, “I’m going to shave my hair.” I had to shave my head to get rid of this persona.
