The couple wed for five years before the star chose to wed Angelina Jolie. She found out about being separated. She responded wonderfully and overcame a difficult time in her life, never disparaging her husband or his partner in front of others.
In recent years, they had grown quite close. He expressed regret for any hurt she may have felt in the past, and they got to talking. Fans have even started to appreciate the idea that their favorite Hollywood couple would reconnect years later and continue to be together as they were.
Their friendship has not changed. “They communicate, and they have good, friendly, and warm relations,” he stated. He said that although the pair won’t get back together, they still have a great deal of respect for one another.
She said that another marriage isn’t in her plans during a meeting with people a year previously, but she didn’t rule out another relationship without first talking about it.
