The actor vehemently refutes these allegations, claiming that he simply did not order the destruction of the trees, which led to the filing of the lawsuit demanding compensation, with knowledge or malice. In return, he asserts that his neighbor started the argument and charges him with damaging numerous healthy trees that are located on his land.
He does, however, acknowledge that his behavior during the encounter was inappropriate. The actor contends that his actions were required to defend others from harm or to stop property damage or destruction. The fact that landscaping work was done is not in question by him.
He is asking for the matter to be completely dismissed without consequence. In April, it was made public that he had filed a lawsuit against his neighbor, claiming that because of the latter’s negligence, trees had been chopped over the neighbor’s property line and had damaged his gate.
