There is absolutely no justification for individuals who would abandon a dog in the street, and doing so in the cold only makes matters worse.

He wasn’t present when they arrived at the place indicated in the video. In an effort to locate him before it was too late, the two ladies searched the area.
He was ultimately found in a corner, and they hastened to help him. The volunteer girl swiftly picked him up and covered him in her own coat before carrying him up.
Following treatments and surgeries, the dog healed quickly and was soon prepared to begin a new life.
He was permanently adopted into a household and given a Rottweiler as a pet, where he did well, ate well, and gained weight. The big Rottweiler in the home followed the dog around, guarding him and showing him plenty of love.
He was chosen for adoption by the Rottweiler’s family, who may have considered him to be the large dog’s own puppy.
