Heterochromia is a color shift brought on by the production of melanin and can affect the eye, hair or fur, and skin. The same iris may have two distinct colors—or complete, giving one eye a different hue from the other—when it has an impact on the iris.
Mooney, a gorgeous mixed dog residing in Moscow, Russia, has sectoral iridium heterochromia, which causes his left eye to have two hues and resemble the moon.
His right eye, however, is totally bright blue. As we can see from his face, heterochromia has also had a considerable influence on his fur.
