After spending ten years at a shelter, a shy and lonely dog finally finds a loving family and a home.

Ford, a sheepdog, lived in a refuge for ten years because nobody wanted to hug him. He had become accustomed to his condition a long time ago. He’s great with various dogs, said a staff worker at the shelter.

Ford was unfortunate since he witnessed several different canines go back and forth to their new homes. He could never have imagined himself as his owner, according to anybody. His former owners chose not to care for him, so they gave him up.

In the shelter, he quickly made friends with every member of staff after becoming friendly and extraordinarily vivacious once more. However, it took time to learn how to trust a new person.

Ford was lucky when regular dog walker Louise thought about bringing Ford home with him. Ford is also at this same moment inside his home. ‘ He caught all of us off guard.

When my wife got home from work, he swiftly plopped down on the couch and started to happily welcome her, as if he had been laying there all along.

The staffer at the shelter declares, “We miss Ford in the shelter.”
