Agust celebrates her twentieth birthday and becomes the world’s oldest dog of her species

The most well-known golden retriever in the world is most likely Agust. Agust resides at her owner’s home. When she approached them, she was 14 years old. Retrievers have an average lifespan of ten years and are prone to illness.

The owners were concerned that the dog wouldn’t live long with them as a result. In any case, after two or three years, Agust was still obviously healthy and active. She was also thought to be a long-lived dog by everyone.

When questioned about the secret to a dog’s longevity, the owner replies, “Considering she was 14 years old when we acquired her, and we have no idea how she was cared for previously, we feel it simply has to do with great attributes.”

Agust presently battles several illnesses. But because of the prompt treatment and preparation, her health does not worsen and is stable.

The dog’s owners said that while Agust is a little slower than other dogs, she still has a lot of fun doing different things like jumping in puddles and watching TV with her family. The world’s nineteenth-oldest dog may be Agust.
