The name of this young man is Chelse. A bystander saw him seated with two holiday-dressed dogs on the steps of a municipal park. The puppy Shiki was having a birthday party.
The cake and candles were taken away, and he started singing “Happy Birthday.” The pups maintained a close check on their master’s actions as if they were really weighing their request, and two candles were lighted on a little cake.
Then, possibly giving in to his emotions, Chelse took one piece for each of his friends before taking another for himself.
