The American stray dog Luke has spent more than seven months at a shelter. And if dogs often find new homes within a month, then this cute puppy is just unlucky with potential owners, claim the shelter staff.
The volunteers decided to plan a party for him on Valentine’s Day in order to perhaps help him find a permanent home.
They truly thought that by decking Luke up for the season and decorating the area surrounding him, people would be inspired to adopt this wonderful puppy. The strategy didn’t work, as nobody showed up for the party.
According to Michelle, a shelter employee, Luke is huge yet very charming and enjoys playing with and cuddling his favorite soft toy. He certainly has his own eccentricities, but he still needs love and care, and we genuinely hope that he one day will.
The dog is also a genuine tiger boxer, not simply a hybrid. They are devoted, highly intelligent, and have a remarkable sense of smell.
