Every dog wishes for a loving permanent home with people that care about them. As a result, when that special day arrived, the joyful canine was decked out in a tuxedo to match the occasion. An abandoned dog awaited his humans’ arrival, but they never came.
The paperwork for the adoption was completed, but the family changed their minds at the last minute and failed to appear. When the adoption fell through, Vicente’s heart was broken. The shelter’s staff was similarly displeased. They took pictures of the dressed-up, disgruntled puppy and posted them on social media, along with his story.
The feedback was fantastic. Many people sent their sympathies, gratitude, and best wishes to the little pooch. There were also a slew of adoption opportunities. However, in order to minimize future grief, the foundation had to be exceedingly strict and cautious with any adoption requests for Little the Dog this time.
The personnel at the shelter wanted their animal companions to appear to be in sympathetic and skilled hands so that they may feel safe and happy in the future.
After a long search, the dog finally found his forever home. According to the shelter’s social media accounts, the dog had already been adopted by a great family.
