Every year, a nine-year-old kid organizes a lemonade sale to raise money for his local animal refuge.

This young man decided to make life a little easier for rescued felines at his local sanctuary by assisting in the adoption of elderly residents. After visiting the nearby refuge with his grandmother, Benjamin was inspired to create the event.

As an animal enthusiast, Benjamin saw that several of the rescue cats needed toys. As a result, he decided to assist. When Benjamin was just seven years old, he put up his most memorable stand and sold his most memorable glasses of lemonade.

He was eager to assist and happy with his $200 donation. He gave it to the sanctuary right away. Benjamin has set a lofty aim for himself this year: to raise $1,000! As a result, he and his family went public with everything.

They set up the corner, organized a fundraiser, posted a Facebook post, prepared homemade chocolate chip cookies, and, amazingly, served two delicious lemonade varieties.

They also offered nice goodies for passing animals on the street.

Benjamin and his family were astounded by the outpouring of love and support from their neighbors. When Benjamin’s event was announced on the radio, a large crowd turned out.
