When a couple came into the pub with the dog a few days later, a keen-eyed local recognized the canine from the photo – and suspected he may have been stolen.
‘I have no clue how I arrived to this decision, but something didn’t sit right with me,’ the bartender stated. According to the owner, the suspect deceived the police department by claiming to have discovered the dog that morning on Facebook.
Despite witnesses’ claims to the contrary, they also claimed that the dog they brought to the tavern was not the one they brought. The crucial thing was that the dog was found to be completely safe and was released after being examined by a local veterinarian.
