This husky’s amazing recovery demonstrates the power of love and care.

We are always happy to share amazing pet rescue stories. Let’s toast to a happy ending for a husky called Finn today. His change is amazing!

Finn met his first family when he was only a puppy. The puppy was purchased as a gift for a man’s wife. After the couple split, the man wanted to retain the dog for himself, but not out of affection for a four-legged buddy, as it appears. The man is most likely venting his fury on the poor creature, who has been chained for over two years without even a roof over his head.

Finn, too, had not gotten adequate sustenance; when the animal rights activists arrived, he resembled a bag of bones.

In addition to being emaciated (Finn weighed 18 kg) and without nearly all of his fur, the dog was infested with fleas and ticks. The husky was treated right away at the Pet Angels Rescue facility.

Finn was fortunate in that he had a strong will to live, so he soon gained weight and his fur came back. Finn, according to the volunteers, didn’t get enough love and attention before, but now that he does, he’s flourishing.

Finn was able to reach a weight of 36 kg. Take a look at this dashing young man!

People fell in love with this hopeful and big-hearted dog when he was still recovering.

When Finn recovered, these kind individuals found him a loving home. It’s hard to think that such a beautiful creature could be so sick and defenseless. Finn and his new family have our best wishes for a long and happy life together!
