Employees of the Kyiv Animal Rescue Group are concerned about the fate of Dart, a loving five-year-old dog, and are using social media to locate him a new home.
The cops told animal rights advocates about the dog. Due to the dog’s tenacious defense of his owner, law enforcement agents were unable to enter the apartment where the man allegedly died. When the dog was tranquilized with a tranquilizer, it was discovered that the owner had died five days before. The dog was distressed by the loss, and she had been shut up for many days without being able to exercise or eat.
Dart is now under constant supervision and awaits the arrival of new owners. Animal rights groups are hoping for a response from a conscientious and compassionate owner.
