A kind veterinarian sings to a dog that is afraid of getting vaccinations and helps her overcome her apprehensions about seeing him.

When Sadie was a year old, her family adopted her from a shelter. At first sight, the new owners fell in love with the active and happy cat.

Sadie’s adopted “mom,” Kaeley Simek, describes her dog’s existence as an endless vacation. Except on days when she needs to go to the vet, she exudes vitality and is eager to have a good time from dawn to evening. Sadie has disliked going to the doctor from the puppy’s first vaccine. She’s known for a long time that a trip to the clinic is nearly always accompanied by injections, and she tries to avoid them as much as she can.

Kaeley attempted numerous clinics to help her cat overcome her dread of physicians before meeting Dr. Noah, a “singing” veterinarian who can easily soothe scared patients. At addition, he refused to use white jackets in his clinic since they make animals anxious. Dr. Noah was able to endear himself to Sadie on his first visit. She knelt in terror. The doctor then got down on the floor and began playing his guitar while singing a poetic tune. And it worked: the dog’s owners were astounded at how their scared pet, at the conclusion of the performance, licked the veterinarian with ferocity and quietly allowed herself to be vaccinated twice.

Dr. Noah realizes how unpleasant a visit to the veterinarian office can be for many animals. He strives to create a cheerful atmosphere and brighten up his patients by using music. This strategy proved to be the most effective in Sadie’s instance. She had faith in the “singing” doctor and now looks forward to seeing him.

“She’s still afraid,” Kaeley recalls, “but he always makes time to sit and talk to Sadie.” We visit him once a week to help the dog form pleasant connections. He’s a huge guy with a big heart!”
