Artists create images of homeless dogs that are simply seductive, resulting in them finding everlasting homes.

Artists paint pictures of stray dogs to help them find a loving home.

In supermarkets and other busy areas, completed pieces of art are hung. Friends Natahnee Miller and Karen Spidle went to an event called “Draw Your Pet” in the United States. Participants could draw photographs of pets or dogs and cats from shelters on their own during the event.

Natahnee came upon a 5-month-old puppy named Napster there. His humility and tranquility enchanted the woman.

Natahnee made a painting of him and donated it to the shelter in the hopes of finding him a home. The dog, however, died of the condition after a few weeks.

After that, Natahnee and Karen teamed up to form Cheddar Paws Dog Art, a non-profit organization.

The idea is to bring together artists, business owners, animal rights activists, and casual animal lovers to find the dogs a new home. They do this with the help of art.

Karen and Natahnee display paintings of animals created by Pennsylvania portrait painters in supermarkets and other public locations. 138 pets have found new homes as a result of this.

Karen Spidle said, “Today, our painters have painted 197 canines, 138 of which have already found new families.”
