The German Shepherd and the ferret became fast friends, and they now spend all of their time together playing.

Diana Grib, a native of Vilnius, has always desired to have a variety of pets. The girl didn’t want to get involved in any hostile alliances that may cause stress to the animals.

Diana chose to buy a dog and a ferret after a long research, as examples of their relationship show.

Nova, a German shepherd, was the first to arrive at her home. Diana introduced Nova to other members of the fauna during her training, ranging from parrots to cats, and this helped her learn tolerance. The domestic ferret came next: they typically grow alongside dogs in shelters, so the girl merely had to select the cutest one.

Pacco, the ferret, arrived from Kraków. The first meeting went off without a hitch. Nova got enamored with the visitor and trailed behind him as he sniffed the new house, oblivious to the neighbor.

Pacco ignored the puppy for two days before “the fun began,” according to Diana.

Both creatures are lively and interested. They stroll together, play together, and even sleep together.

“Sometimes I get the impression that there are two dogs living here since they are so similar,” Diana Grib adds. Nova, on the other hand, does not have a prominent role in their couple; rather, the ferret is the major character.

Pacco managed to leave a scar on the shepherd’s nose during the games, but she seemed unfazed. The shepherd dog is incredibly gentle with the newborn and never loses sight of or cares for him.
