In a South African Wildlife Park, a rare champagne-pink newborn elephant sticks out among the gray herd.

In a South African National Park, a unique baby elephant was born.

Visitors were taken aback by the young elephant’s hue, which was unlike the typical gray of other members of the genus. It could be noticed from afar among the elephant gray bulk.

The elephant’s kid was born pink. Not everyone is fortunate enough to see such a marvel in nature.

When the newborn elephant frolicked in the water with its mother and other elephants from the herd, it was observed. This unusual phenomenon that happens in nature among numerous representatives of flora and wildlife has a scientific term – an albino.

Unfortunately, being an albino in nature is difficult. Pink, after all, becomes a prey item for predators and hunters. Pink elephants probably have a higher birth rate. But no one notices them since they don’t have a chance of surviving.

It’s almost like witnessing a fairy-tale figure if you encounter an adult pink elephant.  Animals born albino may still be misunderstood and ejected from the pack, herd, or tribe.Unfortunately, their fate has been gloomy since infancy.

This elephant, on the other hand, was quite fortunate. He enjoys being in the herd with the other infants and always wonders after his mother.
