Until another dog comes along, a terrified stray dog will not allow anybody touch her.

Saint was discovered on the streets of Brooklyn one morning after spending the night alone in search of a safe haven. She eventually took a seat on the porch of one of the houses.

People started to arrive on the street after a while, and they eventually discovered the dog curled up in a ball. Saint refused to let anybody touch her, despite the fact that many people wanted to help her. The poor animal was terrified, but the correct person emerged shortly after.

Around 8 a.m., Gina Gregorio received a message from her neighbor informing her of the situation.

Gina decided to go for a stroll with her dog Salty and visit Saint. Saint was still frightened to let anyone near her when she arrived, but Salty knew what to do.

“A bunch of humans and dogs came together to assist. Saint would snarl whenever someone approached her. I went to the supermarket and got a couple of chicken breasts from the men. She didn’t seem to notice the food fragments I tossed her way. “However, my dog gradually ascended the steps and began to devour them,” Gregorio explains.

Salty didn’t want the delicious meal to be thrown away. So she climbed the stairwell and began eating. Saint softened quickly when she watched Salty devouring her chicken. Saint knew that everything would be alright when she saw another dog enjoying chicken, and that everyone in the group was simply there to aid her.

Saint eventually calmed down and even let a few people approach her. She was transferred to the Brooklyn Animal Care Center following that. When the dog initially arrived to the shelter, she was still terrified and refused to allow anybody close her.

Saint overcame her anxiety when the caretakers took her outdoors to play, and she soon reincarnated as a whole new dog.

She enjoyed attracting attention to herself and cuddling with her shelter buddies. Although she was still timid when meeting new people, she finally relaxed and lavished love and attention on everyone. Saint has had a difficult start in life, but she is becoming more confident every day and will be a wonderful and loving addition to any happy household.
