A fire broke out at an animal shelter in Orlando.
The fire swiftly spread across the property, including the area where the rescued dogs and cats were kept.
After the flames were quenched, Brett Maneri and other firemen had to go inside the structure to put out tiny fires. In addition, the men discovered and rescued the animals who had survived. There were a total of 26 dogs and 24 cats rescued.
“Cats are as though they’ve been scared. They appeared to have seen a ghost. “It’s sad when this happens at a place where animals are protected,” Brett Maneri remarked. Maneri discovered a cage with three cats scattered with rubble in one of the rooms.
The man opted to retain a cat named Mia after carrying out a box with her. Maneri said, “Surprisingly, she ended up in the worst spot and came away with a few of bruises.” Brett had already acquired two cats and a Boxer from the same shelter. Mia was still terrified and hiding in her new home, but she was able to calm down the next day.
Mia now doesn’t leave her new owner, and she meows and cuddles him with her paws all the time. Brett Maneri says he didn’t do anything exceptional. He argues that putting out the fire and saving the animals would have been impossible without the efforts of the full squad of firemen.
