Despite the frosts, the girl tried to catch the rabbit for four days. She couldn’t abandon the animal, so she made an effort to gain his confidence.
Alicia Castro was unable to leave the street rabbit alone. She discovered the animal near her home and decided to capture it before the frosts set in. The girl determined that the rabbit must be enticed into a cage, but he must first become accustomed to it. That is why Alicia stayed with him on the street for four days, remembering to provide him food and water.
Despite the fact that it was barely above freezing outside, the girl left the home to the rabbit on a regular basis.
The third day was the most difficult. Alicia claimed that she was in a state of despair at the time and was ready to quit up. People who instructed her on how to attract a rabbit and gain his confidence, however, aided her. She was also provided a cage because she tried to capture him with a towel in the beginning.
Finally, the rabbit was caught in Alicia’s trap and sent to a warm and comfortable home.
The girl wanted to give the bunny to good people at first, so she contacted the Society for the Protection of Animals. No one wanted to take him, and all of the zoos were full. Alicia desperately wanted to keep the bunny, but her cat Kiki stood in her way.
Regardless, she chose to keep the bunny at home. Currently, the young lady is working on a rabbit-cat bond.
