Many individuals would like to think of themselves as huge animal lovers who would go to any length to help animals in need. However, they are more likely to watch and share animal rescue tales on social media.
While many of us are unconcerned with animal needs, a 9-year-old child is willing to go to any length to assist our furry friends. Here’s an uplifting tale about a man from the Philippines named Ken Amante, who helped a lot of stray dogs and cats.
Many children at this age would undoubtedly prefer to spend their pocket money on cookies or candy, but Ken chose to use it to purchase food for stray dogs in their area.
Ken’s kind deed went unnoticed. When his father noticed him leaving the home with a grocery bag, he decided to pursue him.
But he was taken aback when he saw his giving son surrounded by numerous pitiful and starving dogs, all of which were wagging their tails, waiting for their comrade to receive their daily meal.
Ken’s father was ecstatic at his son’s kind gift. He photographed the heart-melting scene and posted it to a social media platform, where it quickly went viral, making Ken famous.
Fortunately, everyone animal lover appreciate what Ken does and is ready to support him financially. Due to that help Ken could realize his dream. He founded the Happy Animals Club, a refuge for abandoned animals. A lot of animals are now living there and have a safe place.
